Delete my account
How to delete your UAGexplore account, and what happens to your data.
From the app
Deletion happens directly in the app: Profile → Account → Delete my account.
Your account is deactivated immediately. You then have 30 days to cancel the deletion by logging back in; after that, it is permanent.
If you signed up with Apple or Google, you’ll be asked to sign in again with that same service when you confirm — that’s how we check the request really comes from you. The permission granted to UAGexplore is then removed.
Without access to the app
Send your request by email to contact@uagexplore.com, from the email address linked to your account.
Your data
Deleted: your account, profile, favorites, lists and history.
Kept: billing documents of professional accounts, for the legal accounting retention period.
